Keucke Landscape Design is a Waikato-based design studio creating unique, thoughtful, site-responsive landscapes that connect people, architecture and the natural environment. We specialise in early site planning, residential garden design and garden renovations, providing concept design, planting design, technical plans and realistic visualisations. Every project is shaped by the character of the site, with an emphasis on practical, enduring landscapes that connect people to place and become more beautiful over time.
We carefully craft your landscape design to meet your specific requirements, collaborating as much or as little as you like to deliver a garden that speaks to the needs and dreams of you and your family.
People
A thoughtful and in depth site analysis enables responsive design that connects the land, the architecture, and the people who inhabit and experience it.
Place
We celebrate the unique resilience, diversity and ecology of our NZ natives, combining these with beneficial exotics to provide rich combinations of colour, texture and form.

Testimonial - Earthworks, Landscape and Planting Design Waitetuna ‘The Cut’
“We could not recommend Keucke Studio more highly. Veronica’s passion, vision, and genuine care for what she does is evident in every part of her work.
We started with a bare two-acre block, essentially subdivided farmland with a house dropped in the middle and felt completely overwhelmed about where to even begin. We had no idea what would grow in our climate or how to transform such a large, difficult site into something cohesive and livable.
This was a scale of project we simply wouldn’t have had the confidence to tackle without her guidance, knowledge, and industry relationships. She was deeply committed from start to finish, consistently going above and beyond to source the best possible materials, contractors and plants for our site.
What stood out most was her ability to listen, taking on board our ideas and feedback, thoughtfully incorporating them into the design, while also having the confidence to guide us when something wouldn’t work, always taking the time to explain why in a way that made sense.
The end result is a landscaped site that feels beautiful, natural, and organic as though it has always belonged here. Our home now sits perfectly within its surroundings, and the space has been transformed into a highly functional, multi-zone environment that works for how we live every day. I particularly appreciated Veronica’s strong focus on practicality and functionality ensuring the design wasn’t just stunning, but genuinely livable.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and feel incredibly grateful to have had Veronica lead us through the process”.

"We couldn’t recommend Veronica and Keucke Studio more highly. From the very beginning, Veronica’s passion for what she does, her creativity, and her genuine care for her clients have been so evident.
Having recently designed and built our forever home, we wanted the landscaping to complement the home we had put so much thought and love into creating. Knowing where to start and how to bring everything together in a way that felt cohesive, natural and beautiful was something we really valued Veronica’s expertise with.
What we appreciated most was Veronica’s ability to understand our vision and translate it into a thoughtful design that complements our home and the way we want to live. Her ideas, knowledge and attention to detail gave us confidence in the process, and we loved having someone who could see the bigger picture while still considering all the little details that make a space feel special.
It’s clear that Veronica genuinely cares about the outcome of her work and takes pride in creating designs that are not only beautiful, but also practical and considered. We’re so grateful to have had her guidance and physical support, as we work towards completing our home and creating a space we can enjoy for years to come.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Veronica to anyone looking for a talented, passionate and thoughtful landscape designer. Thank you, Veronica, for helping us bring another piece of our forever home to life."
